Creationist tours in natural history museum

ABC show Nightline does a good job covering the story of Biblically Correct Tours, a organisation of Young Earth Creationists that takes children on tours of natural history museums, distorting the science on display and deploying a dazzling array of straw man arguments, circular logic, and outright lies. The museum tolerates the tours in the spirit of open debate. Whether the church behind this will invite the museum curator to outline the discrepancies in their bible remains to be seen.

From about the 5 minute mark to the 6 minute mark is my absolute favorite. The tourguide is debunking the scientific dating method, but skips over the plaque describing the ACTUAL methods used (radiometric).
I’m not going to call out anyone on their beliefs … but where’s your creationist explanation of that?

More Creationist lies – Biblically Correct Tours…
Pay special attention to where the creationist lies about how fossils are dated, while standing in front of a placard describing about how it actually works.
I feel sorry that this kids are being brainwashed. We can only hope that they, like the muse…
