    Hey Frank! Recently I had the idea of integrating the Oyster circuitry under a vaccuum-formed skin on my iPhone 2G, and Google led me to your fantastic tutorial and links.

    However, the 2G’s metallic case seems to block the signal, so I was wondering if you have tried it yourself on either iPhones?
