Robotic exo-skeleton lets paraplegics walk

ReWalk claims to be the ‘world’s first commerically-viable upright walking tool’. Strapped to the legs of a patient, this walking wheelchair uses proprioceptors and a computer to translate upper body movements into walking. Neat.

FANTASTIC and think where this technology will go in a few more years. We have a former foster boy who is paraplegic and this is EXCITING to us. Thanks to those who invented this marvelous aid to the handicapped, making them able to function more easily.
