Pinhole camera records the sun’s path
October 28th, 2008
Justin Quinnell took this incredible photo with a pinhole camera looking over the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, England, showing the sun’s movement over the course of six months. The dotted lines show days where clouds blocked out the sun, whilst the glow on the right is the sun’s reflection on the river Avon. More information here.

What an amazing idea! Mind you, knowing England’s weather, I’m surprised the sun came out so much!! I’d have thought all you would get is a couple of spots against an otherwise grey sky.
