Funny physics textbook

June 6th, 2007

This is what I was always thinking when I had to work through physics problems at school. I didn’t realise that copy editors felt the same way…

Which textbook? I teach physics so this is relevant to my interests.

hahaha!! I’ve seen plenty of funny answers to physics questions, but rarely does humour/sarcasm ever feature in the questions themselves. I’m doing a PhD in physics right now so maybe I should throw a few witticisms into my thesis, such as:

“the motivation beind this doctoral thesis work is primarily to allow the author to avoid getting a real job…”
